Job Summary:
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Human Capital Data Analyst who will leverage data to provide meaningful insights and support mission-driven objectives. The role involves working closely with clients to analyze complex data sets and present actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Use your data analytics expertise to support client and stakeholder relationships.
• Research, develop, and test data methodologies, and generate cross-functional solutions through collection, interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of large data sets.
• Contribute to impactful work and guide decision-making across multiple organizations.
• Apply data skills and data analytics expertise by simplifying technical requirements and trends, based on audience.
• Apply data visualization through different formats such as graphs, tables, PowerPoint slides, and interactive dashboards.
• Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Grow your communication and technical skills by creating data-centric solutions across the client space.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau
• Experience with using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
• Experience identifying and collecting data using various tools and methods
• Experience with quantitative data analysis, performance measures, data cleansing, metrics analysis, and applied research
• Experience leveraging various programs to facilitate process automation while maintaining data integrity
• Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key insights
• Ability to anticipate client or project needs and to simplify those needs to their core requirements with minimal guidance and supervision
• Ability to translate complex, technical findings into an easily understood narrative, in graphical, verbal, or written formats for non-technical audiences or executive leadership
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau
• Experience implementing data strategy and data governance practices
• Experience leveraging GenAI services
• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques
• Knowledge of commercial cloud services used by the IC
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s degree
• Security+ Certification
