SUMMARY
Focuses on direct engagement and relationship management with Enterprise third parties to ensure compliance across Legal, IT, and Risk teams. This role is located in the Legal department and will focus on Enterprise tools, contracts, and account relationships through the lens of compliance and governance. It fills a need for ownership and representation on enterprise vendors that have no sole business owner. It provides a proactive approach of looking at enterprise level services and products based on known business needs without needing to initiate the process through a business partner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
Creates or modifies policies and procedures to establish governance of key Enterprise or High-Critical third parties.
Executes the facilitation of the existing Enterprise third parties with key stakeholders, such as IT, Legal, and business leaders.
Creates direct professional relationships with key individuals at the Enterprise third parties.
Coordinates the collection, review, inventory, and renewal processes for existing contracts within the Mergers and Acquisition space.
Ensures adherence to department policies, procedures, and best practices.
Supports continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement organization.
Supports business teams to educate the third parties on specific due diligence.
Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS 
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Five (5) or more years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or technology related project or account management, preferably in the software category or technology domain
SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace; experience with procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Netsuite) is a plus
Familiarity with software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and vendor risk assessments
Familiar with indirect procurement within a mid-to-large sized enterprise
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
Skilled at relationship building
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Able to be tactical while pushing for strategic improvements
