About the role
As a Sales Manager, Google (Corporate GTM), you will oversee a high-performing team of 3 Account Executives and 3 Business Development Representatives (BDRs), driving the strategy to retain our current Corporate base while aggressively hunting "new-new" acquisitions. We will count on you to be the bridge between Insight and Google, ensuring our team is the first choice for North American organizations looking to modernize with GCP, Gemini, and beyond. Along the way, you will get to:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 AEs and 3 BDRs to exceed revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Revenue Ownership: Drive the ful sales lifecycle for the Google portfolio, with a primary focus on Gemini Enterprise, GCP Resale, Looker, and Chrome Enterprise Premium.
  • Services Acceleration: Pivot and scale the delivery of Pre-Approved Services SOWs to ensure fast, efficient deployment for our Corporate clients.
  • Strategic Acquisition: Partner with Google and Insight's internal sales teams to identify and close new acquisition opportunities within the North American Corporate segment.

What we're looking for
  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing sales teams (AEs and BDRs) in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Google Ecosystem Expertise: Strong familiarity with Google Cloud products, specifically Gemini Enterprise (AI), Looker, and GCP Resale models.
  • Corporate Market Mastery: A documented track record of successfully navigating the North American Corporate GTM landscape and hitting aggressive revenue targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Expert-level knowledge in managing sales pipelines, SOW processes, and complex "three-way" partnership dynamics (Partner-OEM-Customer).
