Job Title: Production Associate (Union Production Assistant)
Hours & Location: 1st Shift | 7:00am-3:30pm | Brookpark, OH - bus accessible
Pay & Benefits: $15/hr to start. Get hired in at $16/hr after 90 days, with opportunities to earn increases every 90 days-up to $20/hr within your first year. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match. Paid holidays and 1 week vacation after 1 year. Union membership begins after hire-in.
Job Overview: Work in a production/refurbishment environment where vending machine components are restored to "like-new" condition for customers worldwide. This is hands-on, steady work with a team-focused, family-owned workplace that values employees and regularly hosts food days and cookouts.
Job Responsibilities:
Float between areas such as triage, legs, steam wash, trays, coils, buckets, door assembly, and body work
Repair/refurbish snack trays, delivery buckets, and gum/mint assemblies to "A1" condition
Configure trays to requested orders and follow the build process for each product
Inspect work for quality and keep a steady flow of completed units on shelves
Build subassemblies using provided tools and deliver work to mechanics/finishers
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and notify the supervisor when supplies are needed
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Manufacturing/production or light assembly experience using basic hand/power tools
Ability to read and follow work instructions and keep a fast, steady pace with quality focus
Pallet jack experience preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of the workday
Pre-Employment Requirements: Background check and drug screen.
