Weekend Vending Attendant at Amazon
Shift is Thursday-Monday 5am - until
Job Summary: The Vending Attendant is responsible for delivery of product, properly stocking vending machines and micro markets, including, but not limited to, snack vending, coffee, cold food, and drinks. This position is stationed in the break room of a large industrial customer's location. Attendant positions may include day shift hours, night shift hours and weekends.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
  • Customer satisfaction by keeping the customer breakroom stocked with all products.
  • Taking inventory as scheduled.
  • Collect money from machines and turn in all monies collected to Refresh.
  • Report to supervisor any information that will help with customer relationships.
  • Use a handheld device when servicing each machine/market and making sure all information is entered correctly. This would include, but not limited to, inventory, refunds, product changes, price changes.
  • Responsible for minor repairs and maintenance of vending machines.
  • Provide good customer service and maintain a good relationship with customer contact and customer's employees.
  • Some locations may require direct sale of products to the customer's employees and use of a cash register.
  • Some locations may require loading truck/van and driving company vehicle to deliver products.

Physical Demands:
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and 60 lbs. intermittently.
  • Able to push/pull a cart weighing up to 260 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

Work Environment:
  • Most of the work is located inside a building / breakroom.
  • May be exposed to cold, hot, and rainy conditions during delivery.

  • Valid driver's license and approved driving record
  • May need to obtain a Class D license upon hire
  • Ability to operate ordering and tracking electronic devices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and managers
