Full-Time | Field-Based | Paid Training

Ready to build a career in outside sales where you’re paid hourly AND earn uncapped commission?

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring motivated and driven individuals to represent Naturals2Go, a national leader in healthy vending solutions.

About Naturals2Go

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work with local businesses to secure placement locations for these vending machines — helping companies offer convenient food options to their employees while creating new business opportunities for operators.

Naturals2Go provides the equipment, training, and support. Your role is to build relationships with businesses and identify new placement opportunities within your territory.

  • Visiting businesses and presenting vending solutions

  • Building strong professional relationships

  • Managing leads and activity in CRM

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals

  • Delivering strong customer service and follow-up

If you enjoy independence, relationship-building, and performance-based earnings, this role is for you.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly base pay

  • Uncapped commission

  • $65,000–$120,000+ earning potential

  • 10 Paid Holidays

  • 2 Weeks PTO

  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance

  • 401(k) after 1 year

  • Paid training program

You get the security of hourly pay with the upside of uncapped commission.

Who Thrives in This Role?
  • Self-starters who enjoy working independently

  • Competitive, goal-oriented individuals

  • Strong communicators comfortable meeting new people

  • Entry-level candidates looking to break into B2B sales

  • Experienced outside sales reps seeking unlimited earning potential

Requirements:

  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • B2B sales experience preferred but not required
