Responsibilities

  • Visit and develop new relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and remodeling companies.

  • Identify new opportunities with B2B clients and new construction projects.

  • Actively visit job sites, design studios, and local businesses to offer our services.

  • Follow up on leads, prepare estimates, and close sales.

  • Keep detailed records in company tools and apps.

  • Work directly with your supervisor for support and to track your performance.

  • Attend weekly meetings and contribute ideas for improvement and growth.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $400 per week.

  • Commission: 10% on confirmed sales — unlimited earning potential.

  • Bonuses: Additional incentives for consistent and outstanding performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
