Join the Velocity Bar + Kitchen team as a Server, where you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your friendly and attentive service will contribute to our mission of providing delicious, fresh food and affordable family fun. Responsibilities
  • Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions.
  • Ensure guests have a delightful dining experience by attending to their needs and requests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications
  • Experience as a Server in a fine dining experience
  • A great attitude and work ethic
  • Must be 21 or older to handle alcoholic beverages
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours).
  • Lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently.
  • Reach, bend, stoop, and wipe.
  • Use hands and arms to carry trays, plates, and drinks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
