This is an active, outdoor position-not rideshare, delivery driving, or valet service. It is a good fit for someone who enjoys being around vehicles, working outside, and staying active throughout the shift.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

Completing a full visual inspection before entering or moving each vehicle

Reporting any visible damage or safety concerns

Driving vehicles safely along designated routes

Parking vehicles in the correct assigned locations

Assisting with vehicle inventory

Following all company, customer, and industry safety procedures

Supporting tag-and-rinse vehicle wash operations when applicable

Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized

Completing other duties assigned by site management

What We're Looking For

Have a valid state driver's license when required to operate company vehicles or equipment

Be able to safely drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions

Maintain dependable and consistent attendance

Follow written and verbal instructions

Work safely in a fast-paced automotive environment

Be available for weekends, holidays, overtime, and schedule changes based on operational needs

Properly wear all required personal protective equipment

Physical and Work Environment

This position is performed primarily outdoors. Employees must be able to:

Work in heat, cold, rain, dust, noise, and other changing weather conditions

Stand and walk for most or all of the shift

Frequently bend, kneel, twist, and move while entering and exiting vehicles and shuttle vans

Work around airborne water vapor and condensation at locations with tag-and-rinse facilities

Remain active and alert while working around moving vehicles

What We Offer

Road & Rail Services provides steady work, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Benefits include:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

401(k) retirement plan with matching

Paid holidays and vacation time

Annual steel-toe boot/shoe allowance

Company-provided personal protective equipment

Opportunities for advancement
