Evansville Ford is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Evansville, WI. In this role, you will be the vital link between our service department and customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will communicate with customers to understand their vehicle service needs, coordinate with technicians, and provide accurate repair quotes and timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely repair estimates and timelines.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient work completion.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Manage service orders and maintain detailed records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in automotive service advising or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
