Road & Rail Services is seeking dependable, safety-focused Vehicle Shuttle Drivers to join our team at Blount Island in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you'll support vehicle processing operations by safely moving vehicles throughout the terminal, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Position Overview

As a Vehicle Shuttle Driver, you will safely transport vehicles throughout the port facility and park them in designated locations. This is an active, outdoor position that requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work schedules are based on customer demand and operational needs. Hours may vary throughout the year, with opportunities for overtime during peak production periods. Flexibility and reliable attendance are important to success in this role.

This position is performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including Florida heat. Candidates should be comfortable working outside and prepared to perform physical activity throughout the shift.

A valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) is required for this position. Employees are required to wear composite or steel-toe shoes while working. Boots are not permitted for drivers. Road & Rail Services reimburses up to $75 for the purchase of approved safety shoes. To begin the TWIC application process, visit www.tsa.gov/twic.
