Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life.
  • Acquire used vehicle inventory for the dealership by appraising service customer vehicles.
  • Handle all inbound leads from customers wanting to sell their vehicles to the dealership.
  • Assist customers in valuing their vehicles and in some cases, setting them up with a salesperson to upgrade their car.
  • This is not a sales position, but instead a dedicated position aimed at helping the dealership acquire inventory from local customers.
  • Direct report to the Used Vehicle Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
