Inventory Manager - Multi-Location (Nashville, TN)
CarTronics, Nashville's leading car audio and vehicle customization shop, is looking for a detail-driven Inventory Manager to oversee operations across our four locations.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role with a company vehicle provided for inventory transfers. If you're organized, dependable, and like staying busy, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role that keeps our entire operation running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee and maintain accurate inventory across all four locations
  • Coordinate and complete inter-store product transfers (2 days/week)
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments daily
  • Pick, pack, ship, and bill website orders
  • Keep all inventory areas clean, organized, and easy to manage
  • Handle physical inventory tasks, including lifting and moving products (50+ lbs)
  • (Bonus) Assist with website updates or graphics when needed

Responsibilities

โ€ข Process and track inventory transfers between warehouses or store locations
โ€ข Manage and fulfill web orders, ensuring timely and accurate picking and packing
โ€ข Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation
โ€ข Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory systems accordingly
โ€ข Operate inventory management software to monitor stock levels and discrepancies
โ€ข Lift and move items up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently as part of daily operations
โ€ข Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances
โ€ข Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels
โ€ข Organize and maintain a clean, efficient storage area to support workflow
โ€ข Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
โ€ข Transfer inventory between our 4 store locations around middle Tennessee 2 days a week
Qualifications
