Job description

Emphasis is on vegetarian & natural foods, consistency and accurate costing. Cooks maintain the food and the appearance of the steamtable/hotbar. They follow and create recipes, generate accurate signage especially concerning allergies and dietary concerns.

Baking and/or barista experience is a plus. Teamwork and use of checklists is pivotal. We look for our cooks to be serious, flexible and self-motivated multi-taskers.

This position may require evening/weekend shifts. Flexibility is key.
