We support them through all stages of life, whether they re new moms, dealing with a child s toothache, helping a homebound grandmother, or seeking nutrition advice. We are a patient-centered medical home that is passionate about providing high-quality and comprehensive care. Our team-based approach means you will be part of a dedicated care team focused on community health. As the Clinic Medical Director at Mirasol Family Health Center, you can lead a team while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel.

Who we are looking for:

  • A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine
  • An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel

Position Details:

  • Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
  • Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
  • 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week)
  • EMR system is EPIC
  • Clinic Operational Hours: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 7:00 PM

Position Highlights:

  • New Hire Guarantee: $237,948 + annual CMD stipend
  • Hiring Bonus of $22,500
  • Relocation assistance of $15,000
