Veeva Product Owner/ BA

Long Term Contract

Ewing, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and process-mapping sessions with regulatory stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and configuration decisions.
  • Serve as the functional owner and subject-matter expert for Veeva RegulatoryOne.
  • Coordinate with Veeva consultants throughout implementation.
  • Manage stakeholders, delivery quality, priorities, and product adoption.
  • Support the transition from regional, spreadsheet-based processes to a centralized global platform.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Veeva RegulatoryOne.
  • Strong senior Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering and process analysis.
  • Knowledge of regulatory product-registration processes and systems.
  • Experience working between business, IT, and implementation partners.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

  • Product Owner or functional implementation leadership experience.
  • PLM and/or QMS experience.
Experience supporting global regulatory teams.
