Job description

Job Title : Veeva CRM Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Min 5-8 years of Experience in providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite Applications
2. Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (Proposal, Process Engineering, Design,
Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support) Knowledge in Application Design and Development
using Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Configurations, Veeva Vault SDK and Veeva Vault Platform
configuration.
3. Experience in Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network, Veeva Open data, Veeva Align,
Veeva Engage or Veeva Events Management
4. Experience with large project management and Salesforce Based implementations.
Cloud implementation is a plus.
5. Migration, Agile experience and comfortable using Agile tools like Jira. Scrum master certification is
a plus.
Experience with REST Web-services and messaging/streaming solutions. Good to have AJAX, JavaScript
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop and Review enhancements and new implementation requests from customer.
2. Align with Support Team on current issues and initiate problem management
3. Being the onsite lead, guide the offshore team for technical aspects/ converting functional requirements to technical.
4. Prepare and update application related documentation (SOP, Operational Instructions, User Manuals .)
