Job description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Engineering Senior Consultant to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade capabilities. This role combines full stack engineering, AI/ML development, agentic AI technologies, cloud architecture, and client-facing consulting.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing AI based applications, building and tuning AI agents, deploying solutions within enterprise environments, and leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud. Experience with HRM/HCM SaaS platforms, user experience design, and AI solution deployment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

  • Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain modern AI based applications utilizing front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Build reusable, secure, and scalable APIs, MCP services, Webhooks and microservices.
  • Develop front-end applications that effectively integrate with enterprise APIs and AI services.
  • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.

AI & Agent Development

  • Design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
  • Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and maintain AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Monitor agent performance and continually improve accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, applications, and business processes.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Deploy and manage applications across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Publish and maintain code repositories using Git-based version control and enterprise development standards.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate application deployment, testing, and monitoring.
  • Utilize containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure system security, scalability, availability, and performance.

Data & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify business trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to improve business outcomes.

Consulting & Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to client development teams.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution recommendations.

Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, cloud platforms, and software development.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.
  • Experience designing and developing web-based applications and enterprise solutions.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with back-end technologies including Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
  • Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling principles.
  • Experience with Git repositories and enterprise software development lifecycle practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing, tuning, and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and prompt engineering.
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certification and experience with Vertex AI or related AI services.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience with HRM (Human Resource Management) and HCM (Human Capital Management) systems and web interfaces.
  • Experience using Axure for wireframing, prototyping, and user experience design.
  • Consulting experience within large enterprise environments.
