  • Prioritize and plan test scope per release/milestone; align with systems, controls, calibration, and safety teams (ASIL decomposition, FMEA/FMEDA tie-ins where applicable).
  • Lead test automation framework design (e.g., Python, CAPL, .NET, Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and CI/CD integration for regression.
  • Establish KPIs (test pass rate, coverage, defect leakage, time-to-root-cause, rig uptime, flake rate) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own supplier/lab interface, hardware roadmap (I/O expansion, load boxes, fault insertion, dyno coupling where applicable), and configuration management.
  • Coach/mentor the five mid-level engineers; conduct design reviews and ensure coding/test standards are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
