Job description

Job Summary:
HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking a motivated individual for the role of VDOT Technical Support Analyst 4. The position focuses on providing exemplary customer service while managing telecommunications requests, provisioning devices, and analyzing billing for the Virginia Department of Transportation's IT division.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring an inbound request queue and processing orders in TEBS for telecommunications devices and services.
• Tracking orders to completion and ensuring appropriate details are captured and entered in the asset management system.
• Provisioning wireless mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, MiFis, etc. and configuring those devices in an Enterprise environment.
• In-person interaction with customers to include device activation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and processing telecommunications billing to include identifying trends, errors, and filing disputes when appropriate.
• Administering a VOIP environment (provisioning devices, services, ordering, etc.).
• Understanding circuits and network items for the purpose of ordering, tracking inventory, and reconciling billing on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience or proficiency in Request, Order, and Inventory Management
• Experience provisioning wireless mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, MiFis, etc.
• Experience administering a VOIP environment (provisioning devices, services, ordering, etc.)
• Basic understanding of circuits and network items for the purpose of ordering, tracking inventory, and reconciling billing
• Experience with Bill Analysis and Review including identifying trends, errors, and filing disputes
• Customer Service and Support of Android/IOS Mobile Devices
• Data Analysis (i.e. - Financial billing and reconciliation)
• Experience with VMWare Workspace One Mobile Device Management
• Vendor relationship management (Telecommunication, Telecommunication, etc.)
Preferred:
• Local candidates strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently and in small groups to achieve desired results
• High-priority on providing exemplary customer service
