Job Description

  • Mentor, coach, and develop project staff while fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and construction managers.
  • Review contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project financials.
  • Drive project planning, manpower forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Support implementation of VDC, prefabrication, QA/QC, and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and future business development.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on company initiatives and project strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical contracting (HVAC, Piping and Plumbing).
  • Strong leadership experience managing project teams.
  • Experience with large commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction projects.
  • Strong financial management, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
