Senior Executive Assistant St. Louis, MO | Full-Time, On-Site | Reports to Founder & Vice Chairman
About the Role
A growth-stage healthcare company (~$75M revenue) is seeking a senior executive assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the founder & vice chairman, CEO, and COO. This is a high-impact, high-trust role-not a traditional admin position. The right person will operate several steps ahead, manage competing priorities with calm confidence, and help senior leaders stay focused on what matters most.
What You'll Do
  • Own complex, shifting calendars for three senior executives, making smart prioritization decisions based on business impact
  • Prepare executives for meetings with agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up tracking
  • Draft and manage executive correspondence, presentations, and communications
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries and contingency planning
  • Support board meeting preparation, leadership offsites, customer events, and all-hands meetings
  • Partner cross-functionally to keep priorities moving and create structure in a fast-moving environment
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years supporting senior executives, with 3+ years at the C-suite level
  • Experience in a high-growth, technology, or PE/VC-backed environment preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Polished written and verbal communication; strong PowerPoint skills
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and business acumen
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
  • Must be St. Louis-based and available on-site five days per week
