Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Proactively prospect and generate new B2B business through cold calling, networking, field outreach, and digital engagement.
Achieve annual new revenue targets through consultative sales to new clients.
Act as a high-activity "door opener," focused on displacing legacy providers and winning net-new logos.
Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, solution development, proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and closing.
Track and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and prospect interactions within CRM systems.
Document and analyze won and lost opportunities to improve sales strategy and forecasting.
Partner with internal implementation and client service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Identify and support cross-selling opportunities across additional service lines.
Provide leadership with insights on market trends, competitive activity, and client needs.
Contribute to personal and professional development through annual goal setting and performance planning.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of full-suite HCM and payroll sales experience (Outside B2B sales)
Experience selling to mid-market organizations (50-500 employees)
Proven track record of prospecting new logos, quota attainment, and sales success
Positive, persistent, and self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
Established network
Bachelor's Degree
