Job Description

Looking for an experienced individual with excellent communication skills to join our software development team as a Full-Stack ASP/VB.Net and SQL developer. You will be working in a dynamic fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable software solutions. This is an in-office position.

Qualifications

  • Ability to develop responsive web based application using ASP.Net / VB.Net.
  • Knowledge of TFS/Visual Studio Development tools, SQL Server/Management Studio.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Prefer experience working with API request calls using JSON or XML.
  • Power BI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents all assigned components.
  • Provide as needed support for IT tickets/bugs via KACE ticketing system.
  • Develop expert knowledge of existing applications.
  • Participate in departmental rotating on-call support phone.
  • Work with team to improve efficiencies, processes and procedures.

Technical Requirements

  • MS-SQL development utilizing Stored Procedures, Views, UDF's, etc.
  • Experience in ASP.Net and VB.Net coding/development.
  • Knowledge of version controlling tools such as TFS (preferred) or Git.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party components such as Telerik, DEVEX, Crystal reports.
  • Experience in IIS and Web Server configuration.
