Job Announcement
Vault Cashier (1 PT) @ $17.00
Vault - Salamanca, NY
Deadline: Open Until Filled
JOB FUNCTION:
Responsible for accurately counting all monies going out of and coming into the vault room. Assumes total accountability. Reports directly to the Vault Supervisor.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Operates office machines, calculator, copy machines, point of sale computers, etc.
  2. Prepares all outgoing drawers.
  3. Fill out all appropriate paperwork for shift.
  4. Make all payouts. Verify all in-coming orders before signing receipt.
  5. Equate all formulas for split-pots.
  6. Count and verify all start up and incoming banks.
  7. Responsible for all cash during each shift including cash at the end of each shift.
  8. Prepare reserve banks and prepare appropriate deposits.
  9. Count up all machine monies and make replenishments.
  10. Make sure any numbers for any progressive games are kept up to date.
  11. Maintains a neat and orderly work station.
  12. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be proficient in math. Must be able to operate a cash register and calculator. Prior experience in customer service preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
