This is a continuous recruitment pool not specifically advertised.
The pool is continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates.
We invite applications to be submitted for potential openings.
Duties
  • Precept students in clinical settings.

  • Instruct students in classroom and lab.

Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree from an accredited university with appropriate credential(s) specific to one or more of the following concentrations: abdominal sonography, cardiac sonography, obstetrics and gynecology sonography, and vascular sonography.
Minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience as a registered sonographer in the professional sonography field.
Communication, both oral and written, skills necessary. Must have expert efficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Preferred Qualifications
Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited university with appropriate credential(s) specific to one or more of the following concentrations: abdominal sonography, cardiac sonography, obstetrics and gynecology sonography, and vascular sonography.
Minimum of five years of full-time clinical experience as a registered sonographer in the professional sonography field.
Teaching experience at the community college or four-year college. Online teaching experience.
Documented experience in teaching methodology, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and guidance.
