Key Responsibilities

  • Administer IV nutrient therapy and manage fluid resuscitation protocols according to clinic standing orders.
  • Continuously evaluate and monitor client physiological responses during treatment to ensure optimal outcomes and comfort.
  • Perform comprehensive physical assessments, including vital signs and mental status evaluations, to verify clinical appropriateness for therapy.
  • Proactively identify medical contraindications and assess client health history to mitigate risks and ensure safe delivery.
  • Systematically monitor and record vital signs as required to maintain patient safety throughout the treatment window.
  • Maintain precise clinical records, documenting all client assessments, communication, and therapy responses in accordance with medical standards.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Leadership to execute essential duties and support the operational success of the facility.
  • Participate in onsite wellness activations and events to represent the clinic and provide clinical support as needed.
  • Serve as a dedicated brand ambassador by demonstrating high professional character and integrity in all interactions, both within the clinic and throughout the community.
Qualifications
  • Education & Licensure
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.ย 
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of IV infusion or vascular access experience
    • Strong proficiency in peripheral IV access and catheter placement
  • Skills
    • Excellent IV insertion and monitoring skills
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
    • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
    • Clear, compassionate verbal and written communication
    • High attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities
