Description:
Provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder's assessment, choices, and care plan.
Works closely with the RN Manager to manage day-to-day functions.
Facility is a total of 160 beds.
Resident to Nurse ratios will be discussed during the interview.
This position will have variable shifts with most shifts being on either Evenings or Nights.
40 hours per week, every other weekend rotation required.
