What You Will Do:

  • Designs, develops, and maintains data pipelines and computational workflows to support large-scale scientific or analytical datasets.

  • Implements ETL processes and workflow automation to ensure data is analysis-ready and reproducible.

  • Performs data validation, quality control, and documentation of data pipelines and provenance.

  • Collaborates with technical and domain teams to troubleshoot data issues and tailor solutions to analytical needs.

  • Optimizes performance and resource usage for high-volume data processing.


What You Will Need:

  • Master's degree in bioinformatics, computational science, or related field

  • FIVE 5 years' relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Python, R, and workflow tools; experience with databases and cloud/HPC environments.

  • Experience working with complex or scientific datasets.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
