As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
  • Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations related to vaping products and accessories.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their preferences and requirements.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support inventory management including receiving and stocking shipments.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including age verification and compliance with vaping regulations.
Qualifications
