Position Summary
This role is part of a critical team that tests the indoor air quality of residential and commercial buildings. It is responsible for installing radon testing devices and communicating with facility owners/coordinators to ensure proper installation and successful testing.
Essential Functions
• Ensuring proper installation of testing devices
• Travel locally and nationally
• Proper completion of necessary paperwork
• Meet project deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction
• Consistent and constant communication with project team members
• Onsite decision making to ensure a successful consultation
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within and meet established deadlines
• Punctual
• Highly organized and attention to detail
• Skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be familiar with basic shipping standards to mail necessary equipment to remote locations
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving history
Physical Demands and Work environment
• This job operates primarily in a field environment and routinely requires walking, climbing stairsand lifting of equipment.
• This job also uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filingcabinets, etc.
• Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds
Travel Required
• Up to 100% travel M-F, depending on the weekly schedule. Travel can be local in a vehicle or plane.
