Job Summary:

The Merchandising Manager for Apparel will lead the execution of seasonal product strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze business performance to optimize sales and margins.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the execution of the seasonal product strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives
• Act as a key consumer advocate, leveraging insights and market trends to refine assortments and influence product decisions.
• Manage seasonal line plans, ensuring a balanced assortment that meets financial targets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Planning, Marketing, and Sales) to drive product creation, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze business performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending in-season actions to drive sales and margin.
• Mentor and lead Associate Merchandisers, fostering skill development and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising deliverables.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising in the apparel industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer insights.
