JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Cabinet Installers use company provided vans and tools to pick up, deliver and install custom designed Euro-style cabinets, closets and design built storage systems. These systems range from celebrity style walk in closets, kitchens and garages to custom designed furniture and integrated wall beds. Installers usually work solo but occasionally work as a team during large projects. Installers may drive anywhere from 20 up to 200 miles per day depending on job location. Most jobs are within 25 miles of Austin and San Antonio Metro Areas. We will provide paid on the job training to the right candidate with the right personality.
CABINET INSTALLER APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as trim carpenter, finish carpenter, cabinet installer, mill-works installer, wood floor installer, wood-shop worker or similar job within the carpentry industry
  • Must have safe experience using a table saw, miter saw, circular saw, router, nail gun etc. . .
  • Minimum of one year in customer service. We provide a unique customer experience and need people who can produce detailed custom work while delivering top notch customer service
  • Clean driving record, with a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
  • Able to pass a criminal history background check and a dmv driving history background check
  • Must be physically fit with no back problems or existing injuries and able to lift 75 lbs. over head
  • Must be clean cut, smoke-free, drug-free, honest, responsible, reliable, trainable, easy to work with, a strong communicator and take pride in your work with great attention to detail

SALARY & BENEFITS
  • Full time Monday thru Friday company employee position
  • Commission + hourly with bonus opportunities
  • Earn $50k to $65k per year
  • Paid Vacation, holidays and sick days
  • Health, Vision and Dental insurance packages available
  • Company vehicle, fuel card and all tools provided
  • Paid 10-week training program
