We love to create full floral designs with big blooms, bright color, and individual character, resulting in events that feel fresh, inviting, and memorable. Our goal is to give our guests an experience they'll never forget.
Job Description
  • We are looking for highly self motivated, reliable and dependable candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of event Crew Member.
  • Event staff is responsible for working under the instructions of a Team Lead,
  • Load and unload vans of floral creations and props
  • Placement and setup of floral creations and props in event venues
  • Assisting floral designers in placement
  • Breakdown, cleanup of items placed in venue, load into vans and unload back at studio or warehouse
  • Inspecting equipment and props for damage after use
  • Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events, including floral designs and props
  • Ensuring the event hall is clean and organized post event.
  • Adhering to event safety standards
  • Moreover, Event Crew Member needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of the event, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.

Qualifications
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Physical stamina and high energy levels. Able to lift up to 50 pounds plus work on ladders, scaffolding, etc
  • Valid Texas Drivers License to safely drive company supplied vehicles.
