We are seeking reliable, compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our 7a–7p Day Shift team at Momentous Health at Vandalia. If you love starting your day by making someone else’s brighter, you’ll feel right at home here.

  • Provide hands-on care with compassion and professionalism

  • Assist residents with morning routines, ADLs, and mobility

  • Support meal times, activities, and daily engagement
