Hiring School Van Drivers (School Locations).

Job Details:
  • ChoiceCare Transportation, is currently hiring School Van Drivers.
  • Pay is $16.00 to start positions are Full and Part-Time.

Are you available  Monday - Friday ChoiceCare, has immediate openings in Cincinnati, Ohio?
ChoiceCare Transportation,  is looking for people to assist our students to the school location. You will be driving our fleet of transit vans and minivans providing transportation services in Cincinnati and surrounding areas. ChoiceCare,  Van Drivers will receive paid training and support at initial employment and intermittent paid training thereafter. The safety, of our employees and customers, is our top priority and all drivers will be provided the necessary protective equipment to perform their job.

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Possess a continuously valid US driver’s license for at least 2 years.
  • Possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must possess a valid Ohio Class D license or the ability to obtain Ohio, Issued Driving License.
  • No DWI/DUI.
  • Clean Driving Record.
  • Must be able to pass T-8 physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
  • Must pass criminal background check investigation.
  • Living in Cincinnati Area.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation to high school-aged children.
  • Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Must supervise safe passenger loading and unloading from the vehicle.
  • Ensure the on-time pick-up and drop-off of the riders.
  • Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of our customers and riders.
  • Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as required.
  • Maintain clean assigned vehicle(s), both interior and exterior, for the purpose of ensuring safety, appearance, and sanitation of vehicle.
  • Complete paperwork as required.
  • Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
  • This is a part-time, split shift, position, working 6 hours per day.
