Job description

Employment type:

  • "Casual Employee" (per diem, hourly clinician role)
  • 8-23 patient care hours per week

Location:

  • One Medical Cleveland French Creek Square clinic in Avon, OH with the ability to support shifts at the Van Aken District clinic in Shaker Heights, OH

What you'll be working on:

  • Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
  • Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams 
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
  • Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
  • Board Certification.

This is an hourly role with openings across the Cleveland, OH area including our French Creek Square clinic in Avon, OH.
