Commercial/PVF Project Manager - Own Brands, FNW
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Commercial/PVF Project Manager to lead large and complex FNW pipe, valve & fittings projects. You will serve as the primary customer contact-managing pricing, order flow, procurement activities, supply chain coordination, and overall project execution. In addition to project management, this role contributes to Category Management, demand planning, procurement review, and product development efforts supporting the FNW brand.
If you excel at managing multiple moving parts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring flawless execution, this is the role for you.
Location: This is approved to be Remote or Hybrid if you are near Newport News HQ per company policy.
What You'll Do
Project Management
  • Lead FNW PVF projects from initiation through completion.
  • Maintain project pricing, contract terms, schedules, and documentation.
  • Conduct project meetings and deliver regular status updates.
  • Resolve operational issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Ensure accurate, timely billing and financial tracking.

Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams.
  • Recommend products and solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Build strong relationships within the industrial customer group to ensure service.

Order Management & Procurement
  • Manage FNW inventory allocation for assigned projects.
  • Tag products on open POs and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Coordinate vendor communication regarding supply, production, and delivery.
  • Provide MTR support and resolve field-order related issues.
  • Review POs for FNW valves including ball, butterfly, GGC, and knife gate valves.

Category Management & Demand Planning
  • Support demand planning through analysis of actual vs. system demand.
  • Participate in regular demand reviews and forecasting discussions.
  • Review price lists, market relevance, and DC matrix adjustments.
  • Provide FNW leadership updates using Power BI and other tools.

Product Development & Technical Support
  • Participate in business case reviews for FNW product development.
  • Provide technical guidance to Product Development, QA, Sourcing/AML, and field teams.
  • Support initiatives such as OBBPs, OWAT, and valve configurator improvements.
  • Support 1789 actuator and segmented valve PO and inventory activities.

Marketing & Documentation
  • Review and approve FNW specifications, IOMs, flyers, and marketing materials.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience managing PVF, industrial, or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of valves, actuators, or flow control products.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Pay Range:
Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
$4,766.67 - $7,625.00
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
