Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Area Coaches and value stream associates through coaching, performance management, and talent development
- Drive execution and sustainability of company principles across the value stream
- Manage value stream performance through metrics, resource planning, and production execution
- Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, inventory, lead times, and cost performance
- Partner with EH&S, Quality, Human Resources, and other functional teams to achieve operational objectives
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Lead safety walks and root cause analysis efforts to address operational challenges
- Manage value stream budgets and resources to achieve financial and operational targets
- Utilize data, digital tools, and AI technologies to support decision-making, improve processes, and enhance operational performance
- Foster a culture focused on employee engagement, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required; Masters is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development and/or Business Management
- Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and technology, with the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational performance.
