Job duties include leading staff to meet targets for production, customer service, and quality, overseeing all value stream metrics, executing the shipping/receiving process, and guiding employees to adhere to company policies and procedures.

Familiarity with tools such as value stream mapping, ERP systems, and Six Sigma or Lean certifications is highly beneficial. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for driving cross-functional teams and fostering continuous improvement.
