Job Summary
Crucial strategic position to position Veolia during design phase to better position us for the projects in a pro-active manner with the understanding that it will have longer term payoff for Veolia when the projects are tendered, constructed and operated securing upwards of $350mm. This is a crucial role that involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, including account contacts, Key Account Managers, product management, and technology teams across Veolia.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate closely with the Veolia Key Account Manager to oversee all Account activities.
  • Continuously m Monitor and optimise contract performance down to at the plant level.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Buyer's plant(s) needs and how Veolia can provide tailored solutions to address them effectively.
  • Lead the charge in driving the adoption of Veolia technologies with customer
  • Serve as primary on-site liaison between Veolia and Micron
  • Engage Micron proactively throughout the project, from bid through execution completion. Early bid involvement includes opportunities identified prior to RFP receipt.
  • Support technical discovery sessions to identify and document customer requirements (ie. pre- RFP)
  • Facilitate communication between customer stakeholders and internal engineering/technical teams
  • Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with customer and other project stakeholders
  • Anticipate customer needs and potential issues before they escalate
  • Track and report on customer engagement activities, requirements, and project status
  • Identify opportunities for expanded collaboration, expanded scope across business lines and additional business value
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive support and issue resolution
  • Represent company culture and values while embedded in customer environment
  • Drive and/or support internal bid activities and processes, as needed.

Technical Competencies:

  • Knowledge of water and wastewater stream from semiconductor chip fabs, water treatment equipment manufacturing processes, and systems integration

  • Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles.
