What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with the Plant Manager to lead daily plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement across crushing, screening, material handling, and maintenance activities to optimize production output, cost control, and operational performance.

  • Support and develop plant teams through hands-on leadership, coaching, and clear communication

  • Help ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards across all activities

  • Analyze performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational and business goals

What Are We Looking For

  • Aggregate industry experience preferred; experience in heavy manufacturing, construction materials, or a similar industrial environment acceptable

  • Demonstrated leadership capability in an industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Strong operational knowledge with the ability to improve processes and drive results
