The Senior Human Resources Manager for the Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD) within the Digital, Technology, and Distribution Division (DT&D) leads global manufacturing HR facility teams and serves as the HR business partner for Integrated Logistics. This role offers an opportunity to standardize global HR execution while advancing modern manufacturing capability transformation. In partnership with the team, the role aligns people strategies with business objectives to attract, motivate, and retain employees, strengthen the Caterpillar experience, and improve organizational performance.
This role provides leadership across core HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. In partnership with VP of Integrated Logistics and leadership team, the role leads change efforts that support business strategy and culture transformation. Success requires strong consulting skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence across organizational levels.

PSLD is responsible for global Cat aftermarket parts distribution, integrated logistics, and service support for Caterpillar's dealer network and customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted coach to leaders and managers on HR matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Align HR policies and programs for the business unit or region to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop insights and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Partner with senior management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead HR leaders in effective collaboration with Centers of Excellence and in serving as thought partners to the business and HR function.
  • Develop and implement change management methods and materials to support deployment of HR programs and processes.

$172,630.00 - $258,950.00
