We are looking for a Value Stream Leader to join Temperature+System Products, USA in Greenwood, IN to work with a dynamic team and deliver world-class temperature products. Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products is one of the leading global suppliers of temperature measurement, temperature engineered solutions and system products. 

What is the role about? 

The Value Stream Leader will oversee endtoend performance within a core manufacturing value stream. In this role, you will take full ownership of production flow ensuring safety, quality and delivery are consistently met. You will lead your teams to eliminate waste, improve throughput, and strengthen process reliability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your value stream. Partnering closely with operations, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and engineering, you will drive daily execution as well as long-term strategic improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Which tasks will you perform? 

You will: 

Team Leadership Responsibilities (60%) 

  • Lead, coach, and support team members on daily tasks and long-term projects. 

  • Responsible for coaching and resolving employee issues 

  • Promote a positive, accountable and continuous improvement culture, based in the WE Statements of Temperature and System Products 

  • Responsible for ongoing development of team, including the performance evaluation process. 

  • Direct work of team members and allocate resources to achieve positive results. 

  • Responsible for communicating to appropriate parties regarding emergent and non-emergent issues that may have an impact on timely delivery of product; including quality, delivery, safety, inventory etc.  

  • Perform minor maintenance and preventative maintenance in area of responsibility as needed 

  • Champion and participate in LEAN projects and other process efficiency improvements; , including but not limited to, daily shop floor management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and 5S 

  • Accountable for the DSM  - standardization, engagement, data reporting and meeting efficiencies. 

Production Associate Responsibilities (40%) 

  • Produce product as needed in assigned work cell
