As a value stream manager, your goal is to minimize waste, both in material and time, by using the least amount of labor and material to create a given product and to keep the production cycle moving while maintaining a consistently high quality of work. Job duties include leading staff to meet targets for production, customer service, and quality, overseeing all value stream metrics, executing the shipping/receiving process, and guiding employees to adhere to company policies and procedures.
