  • Define and execute the strategic direction for Fulfillment and Warehousing process verticals, owning the multi-year capability roadmap and global template.

  • Partner at the executive level with Product, Engineering, Finance, and regional Operations to align on global priorities, technology investments, and performance benchmarks.
  • Own the department's budget, headcount planning, and resource allocation across capability areas and geographies.
  • Serve as the final decision authority on process deviation requests, capability exceptions, and cross-market design trade-offs.
  • Drive the organization's approach to continuous improvement, value stream analysis, and waste elimination at scale โ€” setting the standard for how the company approaches process maturity.
