Job description

Job Summary:
BlueLinx Corporation is a leading wholesale distributor of building and industrial products in the United States. The Product Manager for Value Added Services will lead cross-functional planning and execution for a key product launch, managing timelines and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful implementation and ongoing product performance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage timelines and implementation for a key cross-functional product launch, ensuring clear milestones, ownership, and on-time delivery.
• Lead the initiative end-to-end across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases, coordinating requirements, readiness, go-to-market activities, and post-launch stabilization.
• Own ongoing product performance by defining success metrics, monitoring outcomes, and driving continuous improvements based on customer feedback and business results.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and complex timelines from planning through execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams, drive decisions, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, interpreting performance data, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear launch plans, briefings, and updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Preferred:
• MBA or advanced degree a plus.
