Job description

Our client in Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Business Valuation Manager to join the team
Duties:
- Perform detailed financial statement analysis and build complex valuation models
- Develop cost of capital and apply income, market, and asset-based valuation approaches
- Conduct industry and market research; quantify valuation discounts as appropriate
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with professional standards
- Provide litigation support, including lost profits and damages calculations, and divorce-related valuations
- Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Supervise, mentor, and train senior and staff associates
- Lead performance evaluations and support team development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor"s degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred
- Professional valuation credential (CVA, ASA, and/or ABV) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of business valuation or related experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
