Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Full time Pilates Instructor (12-30 hours per week) with multiple teaching blocks to choose from at a growing Club Pilates franchise.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification, 450+ hours)

  • Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style

  • Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises

  • Punctual, reliable and dedicated

  • Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills

  • Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team

  • Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards

  • Instructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe, yet creative experience

  • Conducting private, semi-private or other additional sessions as needed

  • Support the studio in ensuring a fantastic membership experience  

  • Being a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.

Our instructors are able to teach at any of our studios in Arizona, which include: Anthem, Arcadia, Chandler, Desert Ridge, East Mesa, Fountain Hills, Flagstaff, Gainey Ranch, Gilbert, Moon Valley, Morrison Ranch, North Gilbert, Old Town Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, Scottsdale Promenade, Scottsdale Shea and Tempe.
