Arrow Security is locally owned and operated. We specialize in effectively deterring crime while providing all clients with quality service that is consistent, professional, and courteous.

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time armed/unarmed officers to provide security services.

Benefits include full workman's compensation, uniforms provided, hiring bonuses, job sites valleywide, overtime available, immediate positions available, and medical benefits.

Requirements for qualified applicants include a current Arizona unarmed guard card, reliable transportation, basic computer skills, a cell phone, and excellent customer service skills.
